EXST 150: Law School Boot Camp

The first year of law school is the most stressful and most important year for firm hiring prospects. Students will be introduced to the eight introductory courses that are taught in most ABA approved law schools in a stress free environment. Learn from the professor who wrote the book!
This workshop series will help students:
• Learn how to provide sound legal analysis in research, writing, and oral advocacy.
• Learn how to prepare for exams;
• Learn key Latin terms and legal concepts; and
• Learn law school etiquette and ethics.
Professor Yancey will also provide keen insight into how to identify the best law school for yourself and ways to improve your admission prospects. Former students have also indicated that the Boot Camp provided a great addition to the academic transcript that they sent to Law School Admission Officers.
