The Candidate Skills/Qualities Employers Want

The National Association of College and Employers collected data for the Job Outlook 2014 survey from its college recruiting professional members from August 5 through September 13, 2013.  

According to their findings, the top qualities that employers are seeking  include:
(1) the ability to work in a team structure,
(2) the ability to make decisions and solve problems, and
(3) the ability to plan, organize and prioritize work.
