Dubinsky - resizedMs. Dubinsky serves as the Director, UN Ethics Office (Chief Ethics Officer) for the United Nations. Reporting to the Secretary-General, Ms. Dubinsky focuses on maintaining an ethical organizational culture amidst the diversity of the UN. Ms. Dubinsky’s office provides confidential ethics advice, protects staff from retaliation, promotes whistleblowing, manages the UN’s Financial Disclosure Programme, advises on individual and institutional integrity risks, and provides outreach and training. Ms. Dubinsky chairs the UN’s Ethics Committee, which promotes harmonization and collaboration among the ethics functions within the UN system. Read More
