Location: University Career Center & The President’s Promise (3rd Floor Hornbake Library, South Wing)
Navigating life after Maryland in the real world is a challenge for all students, especially students who identify under the LGBTQ spectrum. With support from the LGBT Equity Center, Lambda Pride, OSTEM, SmithOUT, and PrideAlliance, The University Career Center & The President's Promise will host a career panel with recent LGBTQ Terp Alumni to share how they are navigating their first job experiences as well as share advice on being out (or not) in the workplace and why it matters. Come learn from the panel and ask those burning questions in an interactive safe space. Light refreshments will be provided. RSVP for this event: Click here.
