A member of the SGA has passed an SGA resolution to create an online informational video series which aims to educate students at the University of Maryland about campus policy including things such as Administrative procedures, funding, the SGA, prevalent campus rules and regulations, etc.
This initiative, known as "Be Informed", aims to teach members of the University of Maryland community about campus policy in a way that is easy to find, visually appealing, fun, and informative.
All undergraduate students who will be attending the university for the upcoming 2015-2016 academic year who have interests/skills in video production, filming, directing, editing, multimedia, show hosting, broadcasting, screenwriting, policy research, and/or marketing are highly encouraged to become a part of this exciting project.
The first meeting will be held this Saturday, May 9th @6 pm in the Student Involvement Suite at Stamp in order to create an agenda for next year. The SGA resolution is attached below.
