Federal Analyst Position with Deloitte for High GPA Recent Grad

Federal Analyst, Deloitte Consulting

As a Federal Strategy & Operations practitioner you will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of projects and tackle the complex business problems in the public sector.  To provide all Federal Analysts with the opportunity to explore a variety of project duties, you will be given the opportunity to rotate among various project roles.  The goal is to provide Federal Analysts with unique project experiences across multiple Federal agencies and their associated projects.  This helps our junior practitioners explore their areas of interest and gain a broad set of skills and knowledge to help advance their careers.

Federal practitioners have the opportunity to enhance their skills and develop through a number of different venues.  As a Federal Analyst you will receive approximately two weeks of classroom and computer-based training upon joining Deloitte Consulting with an objective to learn about our firm, the Federal practice, our clients, and the world of consulting.  Past modules have included simulated client sites, case studies, and interactive group exercises.  In addition, continuing education is available through a combination of Deloitte Consulting in-person classroom as well as web-based on-line resources.  In addition, strong performing practitioners are eligible to take part in certification programs.

We are seeking exceptional candidates who are seniors at select colleges and universities.  Our Federal practice has a diverse set of offerings to our clients and thus candidates from all academic majors are encouraged to apply.  Some travel may be required; however, most of our clients are located in and around the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.  Regardless of your experience, you must have a strong interest in supporting public sector and working with our Federal clients.
