Current undergraduate students will be paid $15.00 per hour.
Performing administrative screening of letters of intent and full applications to ensure compliance with applicable guidelines.
Audit administrative content to ensure consistent language is used across guidelines, FAQs, and instructional materials.
Review budgets for the cost allowability, allocability, and reasonableness
Review budgets for proper accounting of costs.
Ensure application files are up-to-date and reflect current information.
Assist with the planning of scientific merit review meetings.
Pull score reports and ensure data is accurately presented.
Conduct policy research and prepare recommendations to management.
Incumbent(s) in this position may be required to perform other duties and special assignments not specifically stated above.
Experience reviewing/preparing budgets.
Knowledge of accounting principles.
Skilled in using Microsoft Excel (creating formulas and macros).
Ability to conduct research and prepare policy recommendations.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
