Enjoy Marketing and Political Campaigns? This Fall Picture Motion Internship is for You!

Fall Internship
Picture Motion - Washington, DC

Picture Motion — the leading marketing and advocacy firm for issue driven films — is looking for an intern to join the team during the Fall of 2015.

Picture Motion works with filmmakers and storytellers to create campaigns that cause social impact by using film as the primary vehicle for change. Our work amplifies awareness and activates grassroots supporters to take actions that ultimately effect policy and catalyze lasting social and culture change.

The campaigns we develop educate audiences and inspire them to get engaged on the issues represented in our films. We do this by harnessing the power of story coupled with strategic partnerships, political advocacy, digital media and technology, and community screenings.
Since our launch three years ago, we’ve worked on over 35 issue-driven films covering a wide-range of topics, including: women’s rights, criminal justice, health care, income inequality, racial justice and implicit racial bias, labor rights, international relations, bullying, climate change, homelessness, fatherhood, education, LGBT rights, education, sexual assault, toxic chemical reform, and disease.

Picture Motion interns must be able to commit to 15 hours a week between September 8th and December 11th 2015.
