Lead the effort to gather, analyze and model employee data, key performance indicators, and/or market data (competitors and their offerings), using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to develop quantitative and qualitative business insights and improve decision-making.

  • Develop key insights and recommendations for improvements to business functions based on the results of analytics
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements to drive cost savings and efficiencies
  • Provide thought –leadership and be accountable for assigned Analytics & Research 'flagship' projects
Basic qualifications:
  • Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a graduation date between December 2016 and August 2017
  • Overall GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0
