Entry-Level Coordinator, The Advisory Board Company for Recent Grad

The Role in Brief: 
The Talent Development division is seeking a Coordinator to provide support to the delivery, content, and operations teams, as well as administrative support for two to three executives. The Coordinator manages an array of business functions critical to the success of the department. Our current opportunity is based in Washington, D.C.

Specific Responsibilities:
Department Support
- Serve as a resource for the delivery, operations, and content teams, providing tactical support on a variety of projects
- Maintain ownership of faculty teaching plans including content updates, revisions, and version control
- Assume responsibility for key business functions, including internal and external deliverables, reports, and member-facing impact awards process
- Coordinate department activities, meetings, and staff in-days

Executive Support: 
- Support presenter team leadership by managing calendars, travel coordination, and expense reporting for two to three executives
- Serve as a liaison to departments across the firm including Training and Development, Career Management, Marketing, and Account Management

Workshop Coordination
- Partner with the Dedicated Advisor and faculty teams to coordinate five workshops per month, serving as a liaison to manage logistics, materials, and audio-visual needs
- Provide outstanding customer service to our members and internal constituents such as faculty, account management, and marketing 
- Serve as key resource for members to creatively solve and elevate operational challenges during the planning process and day-of the workshop

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent academic record
- Must possess at least 2 of the following:
     - Leadership experience
     - Customer service experience
     - Experience working in a team environment
     - Experience working in an office

- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
