The Shake Shack internship program is designed to give college students entering their senior year a comprehensive look into management opportunities at Shake Shack. This program is specifically geared towards someone interested in becoming a restaurant manager and a career in operations. Through the completion of this internship program, students will be have the opportunity to network, sharpen their career goals, and gain invaluable leadership skills that will prepare them for future management roles.
Interns will work a variety of different shifts and should be prepared to work a varied schedule that includes weekends, nights, and mornings, with an opportunity to shadow current team members at all levels. In addition, there will be opportunities to participate in weekly manager meetings, community events, and work on an operations focused project thank links their unique interests and goals with the business needs of the Shack business. While you will be working directly in one Shake Shack location, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other interns in your market.

Program Duration, Requirements and Other Info
This program is intended for students entering their senior year who are interested in pursuing a career in restaurant management. This is an incredible chance to join a high-growth company with rapid expansion across the globe! An educational background in hospitality is not required, but a passion for the restaurant industry is a must!
The summer internship will last approximately 8-10 weeks and can be flexible based on the requirements of your undergraduate institution, if applicable.
This internship is paid. Interns should expect to work approximately 40 hours per week.
