Hayes Group Event Support Specialist/Assistant to the CEO Position for Recent Grad

Hayes Group LLC seeks full-time Event Support Specialist/ Assistant to the CEO to assist with all aspects of planning and management for large-scale galas, conferences, concerts and more.  

·        Provide lead-up and onsite support for a variety of events
·        Assist the company's CEO with various administrative tasks
·        Potentially take on an event management role  

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·        Proficiency with Microsoft office, FileMaker, and Outlook
·        Experience with on-line registration systems and reporting a plus, but not necessary
·        Ability to multi-task comfortably on a variety of simultaneous projects
·        Excellent attention to detail and professionalism in fast-paced environment
·        Comfortable working directly with clients and strong commitment to providing excellent              service
·        Comfortable providing support to various lead staff and a willingness to fulfill unforeseen            tasks
·        Excellent team-player attitude

·        Most work will occur during office hours Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
·        Flexibility surrounding after-hours and weekend events is needed
·        This is a full-time, in-office position with a yearly evaluation
