Learning Coordinator Position with Clarity Consultants for Recent Grad
We are working exclusively with our client to identify a Learning & Talent Management Admin who will assist with logistics, coordination, and administrative tasks. This role will involve collaborating with multiple team members, including upper management. Some responsibilities may include setting up meetings via WebEx, data entry, updating and maintaining LMS, reviewing training content, recording course attendance, and interfacing with vendors. Any previous experience with curriculum design and development is a plus.
Location: McLean, VA
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1 year + possible extension, 40 hours/week
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Proficient with the MS Office Suite.
Hands on experience with tools such as SuccessFactors, SharePoint, and WebEx.
Ability to thrive in a large company, multi-task, and prioritize tasks.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry a plus.
Must be local and able to work onsite in McLean, VA.
