Paid Summer Internship – Data and Reporting

Cambridge Associates is seeking top-performing rising seniors for our 2017 Internship Program.

Data & Reporting Interns have exposure to robust financial data platforms that expand across public and private asset classes and cultivate a deep understanding of investment firms and their reporting practices.

Internship Overview:
Data & Reporting Interns will be expected to work 40 hours per week and will be competitively compensated. The Data & Reporting Internship Program will run for 10 weeks, beginning in early June and concluding in August.

The Data & Reporting Department represents approximately a quarter of the firm’s employees across the globe. The department is comprised of the Manager Information Group and the Performance Reporting Group. These groups provide operational support to the firm’s global investment and research teams. Data and Reporting Interns will be placed with either the Manager Information Group or Performance Reporting Group for the duration of the 10-week program.

Intern Responsibilities:
• Managing and entering investment manager data into proprietary CA databases
• Quality checking performance data
• Evaluating and reconciling historical portfolio data
• Preparing deliverables
• Attending individual and team meetings
• Preparing and presenting internal presentations

Qualifications
• Undergraduate students, any major, rising Seniors only
• Interest in financial concepts and data management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to operate in a highly-productive and customer service-oriented environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or restriction
