Is your Global Studies or International Development coursework fueling your passion for helping with issues of global poverty? The World Vision Internship program is looking for interns with: passion, ambition, and a desire to put their skills into practice in their area of interest.
In return, we will give you the opportunity to gain knowledge and understanding of how a large non-profit functions. You will receive support and mentorship from World Vision management and team leaders. You will have the opportunity for networking and informational interviews with staff at all levels, which can possibly help you in determining future career paths. You will be part of a dynamic departmental team, attend appropriate departmental meetings, and other activities that will be enhancing our team capacity to better serve children worldwide!
The Program Effectiveness and Integration teams are looking for interns who have:
Taken relevant courses in International Relations, International Development, International Education, International Economics or Program Analysis
An understanding or interest in monitoring and program evaluation
Data Analysis skills and exposure to statistical programs
An interest in conducting research and writing literature reviews related to humanitarian issues
Excellent writing and research skills
