FMG is seeking an intelligent, motivated, and experienced researcher to join our organizational research team. This job is best suited for an individual with a solid research background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate also continuously strives to learn and develop and enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment.
-Contributing to the successful execution of a variety of research projects.
-Conducting univariate and multivariate analyses.
-Contributing to written reports and professional briefings that summarize research findings.
-Communicating clearly and professionally with clients in order to understand and meet their needs.
-Conducting quality control of own and others’ work.
-Bachelors (Masters preferred) in psychology, organizational behavior, or a related field.
-Two years of academic and/or applied research experience.
-Training in quantitative research methods. Familiarity with qualitative methods a plus.
-Willingness and ability to learn new research methods and/or content areas.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
-Proficiency in at least one statistical analysis software package (Stata preferred).
