ENGAGE, EDUCATE, EMPOWER: A Three-Part Series in Recognition of World AIDS Day

A day-long pop-up photojournalism display documenting the HIV/AIDS crisis from its beginnings to today. Photos courtesy of the Washington Blade, the nation’s oldest LGBT newspaper, with support from the AIDS Healthcare Foundation.

PT. II: Free STI Testing | Location TBA | 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Heart to Hand (H2H) will be providing rapid HIV testing, which provides results in as few as 10 seconds. Drop-by and know your status!

PT. III: Panel Discussion & Inclusive Safer Sex Workshop | Stamp Atrium | 5:30 - 7:30pm

A panel discussion on HIV/AIDS featuring a health disparities epidemiologist, journalist chronicling the epidemic, long-time survivor of HIV, and sexual health advocates, followed by an inclusive safer sex workshop courtesy of the University Health Center Peer Educators.
