Racial Justice in Sport Virtual Panel, Hosted by Maryland Athletics

Maryland Athletics is excited to host a compelling virtual panel on Wednesday, Feb. 24, at 7 p.m, titled: Racial Justice in Sport: Sports as a Platform to Effect Change.

Our diverse group of panelists -- which includes former NFL star and current writer, Domonique Foxworth, UMD-CP NAACP President and student, Zahrah Siddiq, award-winning journalist and author, David Steele, and softball student-athlete, Taylor Wilson -- will engage in a candid conversation about the evolving landscape of sports activism and the importance of athletes using their platforms and voices to effect change.

More detailed information is provided in the graphic below, and individuals interested in registering for the panel should visit ter.ps/rjspanel.
