SEE is the hub for all-things entertainment at UMD, and we produce exciting concerts, comedy shows, lectures, and so much more for the entire campus community. I am reaching out because applications to join our board of 24 student directors for the 2021-2022 school year have opened! After this semester serving as a training semester for their incoming director positions, selected students will become SEE directors starting in the fall!
SEE Directors attend weekly executive board meetings on Wednesdays from 5 to 7 p.m., participate in “all hands on deck” events, hold at least 5 office hours a week (currently virtual) and attend a SEE retreat once a semester. Furthermore, SEE Directors must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA and be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student.

Additionally, you can go to see.umd.edu/directors to meet the current board and learn about the roles of different directors! We have 24 positions in 4 teams (Programming, Production, Promotions, and Operations) that are open for students to apply for!
