We encourage you to register now for the next installment in this year's virtual Sustainable Food Systems Lecture Series, a part of AGNR's strategic initiative to Establish a Healthy Food System and Ensure Global Food and Nutritional Security. This year, the series is centered around topics of food security and equity, with a theme of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect for all in sustainable agriculture.
The next event is scheduled for Tuesday, March 30th at 6 pm Eastern and will feature Stacey Carlberg, co-owner of Fireside Farm, and Caitlin Roberts, co-founder of Number 1 Sons. They will be leading a discussion about adapting to the pandemic, Pickles, Potatoes, and Pesto: Bridging Customers and Farmers During COVID.
This event is open to the public, so we encourage you to share info across your networks with those who might have interest in this panel discussion with the many faces working behind the scenes to make farming operations thrive.
The recordings for the previous lectures will also be available to watch online.
We hope to see you on March 30th, as well as for future talks in this lecture series!
