Congressional Black Caucus Foundation is hiring undergrads, recent grads, and grad students!



About Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF)

The mission of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. (CBCF) is to advance the global Black community by developing leaders, informing policy, and educating the public. They bring together subject experts, industry leaders, elected officials, students, and concerned citizens to engage in meaningful dialogue and incite positive change.

They are currently accepting Internship and Fellowship applications from undergraduates, recent grads, and graduate students:

Undergraduate Students:

Congressional Summer Internships are open to rising college sophomores, juniors, seniors, and those who have graduated within the last year and are not yet pursuing an advanced degree. Applicants must attend school in or be from a Congressional Black Caucus Member District in order to be eligible for the opportunity. 

CBCF staff will offer an information session to allow prospective applicants to learn more about our internship program. It will take place on Monday, March 28, 2022 at 6:30 PM EST.


The deadline to apply is March 31, 2022.

Recent Graduates:

C-Suite Summer Internships are open to rising college seniors and those who have graduated within the last year and are not yet pursuing an advanced degree.

Graduate Students:

Congressional, NREI (National Racial Equity Initiative) Social Justice, and Research Fall Fellowships are available to those who will have obtained an advanced degree (Master's, Doctorate, or JD) by fellowship start date. The CBCF Congressional Fellowship Program equips early-career policy professionals who are committed to contributing to public policy with the necessary skills to become the next generation of leaders in public service.
