Paid Reporting Internship with American Institutes for Research

We are currently seeking talented and highly-motivated students for a Reporting Intern position within our Education Assessment Program. This Intern will provide assistance on score reporting projects in our Washington, D.C. office for the summer, and will work with the Education Assessment Program Score Reporting team to help conduct quality assurance on AIR’s online reporting system and paper reports. 

Responsibilities include reviewing variable text for score reports in the Item Tracking System, conducting extensive quality assurance checks on state score reports and reporting back to the team manager. In the process, this Intern will gain experience with the online delivery of educator and student reporting metrics, quality checking processes for large sets of data, other rigorous quality assurance processes, and will also learn the basics of large-scale assessments.
•Undergraduate student seeking a pursing a degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar
•GPA of 3.0 or above
•Excellent attention to detail
•Expertise within the Windows environment
•Able to work full time and continuously throughout the 10 week period
