The National Center for Smart Growth (NCSG), a research center in the school of Architecture, will hire an undergraduate summer intern this summer. The intern will assist PhD Candidate Nicholas Finio and Professor Gerrit Knaap with various research projects and tasks, including, but not limited to: a campaign to rebrand Smart Growth, literature reviews of academic papers, data entry, writing, and more.
Candidates should be rising juniors or seniors, preferably with majors in American Studies, Sociology, Economics, Government and Politics, or other social science or humanities degrees. Strong English (reading and writing) skills required.
Must be an enrolled University of Maryland, College Park undergraduate student.
